You may return your unworn purchase made on this website up to 30 days from your order date for a refund.
All returns must be processed through our returns portal and must be in their original, unworn condition, with the shoebox intact and tags attached. We recommend returning your product in the container in which it was shipped to you.
We're unable to accept returns or exchanges made from third-party vendors or wholesalers, and online purchases cannot be returned or exchanged at Retail Stores at this time. We apologize for the inconvenience.
Once we receive and process your return, you will be refunded to your original form of payment.* We aim to process returns within 3 business days after we receive your package. During periods of increased returns (January - March), processing may take up to 5 - 7 business days.
Expedited shipping costs will not be refunded upon return. If you didn't receive your package within the timeframe provided at checkout, please contact customer service.
